I was in St George, Utah last week for a continuing legal education course for my Utah State Bar license. St George is like a strange little mix between rural Utah and Southern California with its palm trees, pomegranate trees, Spanish tile roofs, in-n-out burger and strip malls. But as this picture shows, the weather was great.
